he just has a damn good blog that occasionally talks about things that I feel very strongly about.
i.e.

it's a rare rush to post comments anywhere on the net because I usually run the risk of being laughed at (search ILM's 2003-2005 threads) and confronted by a band that I criticized. Never criticize a band on the web because they will track you down with their constant self-googling and say you are stupid for not liking their music.
anyways, I was just so stoked to have an ACTUAL DISCUSSION on his blog that my faith in the net was restored and I quickly remembered all sorts of crap that I wanted to post here.
Additionally you needed to post to live up to you philosophical argument: to "start a band" or in this case, write something! I'm inspired. Posts coming shortly. Band coming shortly, two more songs and we are ready for a house show!
I will add, never criticize a city on the web, they will track you down....
