Aside from the fact that Mungo Jerry is a terrible name this is a great song, a strange mix jug band shuffle left over from the British Skiffle craze juxataposed with 70's sexploitation lyrics.

Yep in sweden is a law that the sport radio has to play this song at least once per week...
YES! i am so glad that someone else in the world recognizes that this song is... is... worth sharing with the rest of the world. i've loved this song ever since i heard it in my dad's car and still thought that old songs came out of old car radios.
Yeah, this is pretty much the best song ever made about summer. I mean, it's got scatting, for fuck's sake! OH NO FAIR i just realized it's GONE!! *sob*
